SRG Global

Our advanced drone fleet, featuring the new Voliro T drone, is revolutionising the field of asset integrity and reliability. SRG Global has recently enhanced our RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) fleet with the addition of the Voliro multi-purpose robotic flight platform, marking a significant advancement in our capabilities for non-destructive testing (NDT).

This state-of-the-art drone represents a breakthrough in inspection technology, offering the ability to conduct NDT through direct physical interactions with structures and objects, regardless of their orientation, height, or location. The Voliro platform is equipped with a unique tiltable rotor system, which allows it to maintain stable contact with surfaces at any angle, ensuring comprehensive and precise data collection.

The Voliro drone is designed to perform complex inspection tasks that were previously challenging or impossible to achieve with traditional methods. Its versatility enables it to inspect hard-to-reach areas, such as the undersides of bridges, vertical walls, and overhead structures, providing a safer and more efficient alternative to manual inspections. By utilising advanced sensors and high-resolution cameras, the drone can detect and analyse defects, corrosion, and structural integrity issues without causing any damage to the inspected surfaces.

Incorporating this cutting-edge technology into our operations allows us to offer enhanced inspection services to our clients, delivering accurate and timely assessments that facilitate proactive maintenance and repair strategies. The Voliro platform not only improves safety by minimising the need for personnel to work at heights but also increases operational efficiency by reducing downtime and inspection costs. With the Voliro multi-purpose robotic flight platform, SRG Global is setting a new standard in non-destructive testing, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of asset management and structural integrity.
