What We Do

Advisory
Services

SRG Global

SRG Global provide advisory services across the engineer, construct, and sustain lifecycle providing valuable expertise, risk management, cost efficiency, and quality assurance, leading to more successful and sustainable project outcomes.

At SRG Global, we recognise the value of risk-based inspection (RBI) programs, which allow flexibility beyond standard statutory inspection intervals through sound engineering analysis. Our expert engineers help our clients capitalise on these opportunities by assessing the merits of RBI programs for their assets and developing a documented risk assessment approach to validate outcomes. We assist with the implementation of RBI methods and programs, ensuring assets are inspected effectively and efficiently. Our team can also review and implement non-intrusive inspection (NII) programs, allowing for asset inspection without the need for internal entry. Additionally, we develop preparation, inspection, and test plans (PITP) based on RBI analysis, ensuring that your assets are thoroughly evaluated and maintained according to best practices.

Driven by our experienced engineers, we offer comprehensive programs to assess and maintain the condition of your structures. Our services include risk-based assessments of steel and concrete structures, identification of failure causes, and assistance with repair strategies. We provide structural design, reviews, and certifications, along with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for detailed evaluations. Utilising 3D Laser Scanning, we track structural changes and reverse engineer asset information when drawings are unavailable. Additionally, we conduct structural vibration assessments, corrosion evaluations, and durability assessments of concrete structures, ensuring the longevity and integrity of your assets.

Our expertise in mechanical, civil, structural, and materials engineering enables us to provide precise consulting services. We offer comprehensive asset life assessments, including high-pressure and high-temperature equipment, utilising our advanced Remlife® software. We evaluate damage mechanisms in operating components to optimise inspection programs and provide expert advice on materials selection and interchangeability for replacements. Our in-house capabilities include materials characterisation using metallography, SEM, and ATR/FTIR for polymeric materials. We also specialise in failure analysis, stress assessment through strain gauging and FEA, expert witness services, and on-site material assessments such as PMI and portable hardness testing.
